FITZ’S FISH PONDS IMPORTS 400+ BOXES OF KOI FROM JAPAN!

The first shipment of koi which included all of the koi that was purchased during the Fall Harvest Trip came in on February 20th. This shipment included approximately 135 boxes of koi and some of the largest koi to date. The entire team at FFP comes together for these shipment days, traveling to JFK airport to get the fish and safely transport then and unbox them at our farm.

Koi Arrive in Great Condition as Second Shipment Lands
According to Fitz, “All of the koi came to us in great condition. Now they are in their quarantine period as they acclimate to their new environment.”
The second shipment came in on March 1st and that included approximately 150 boxes of koi. Fitz acknowledges that none of this could be possible without the help of Masaru Saito, Kosuke Saito and Kensuke Saito and all those at Shintaro koi farm. We are all so grateful for our partnership and getting these amazing koi into the hands of our customers!
Third Koi Shipment Arrives with Stunning Selections – Shop Now!
The third shipment came in mid March and included another 150+ boxes of koi and some of the most beautiful koi that were brought back to the USA. It has been a busy Spring for the FFP Team this Spring. Some koi are already sold from our KoiTrips to Japan, but we still have hundreds of thousands for sale at our farm.
